After an incredible first 2 years we are thrilled to expand the team at Flour. As we continue to grow and develop our scratch baked menu, we are seeking a motivated, diligent individual to join our savoury team, producing pastries, sandwiches, topped focaccia's, salads and more fresh daily.

About you:

• Be available to work Sundays & IMondays with additional days available for the right candidate. Shift Times are between 5am - 2.30pm.
• Ideally be local to the Sutherland Shire area with access to reliable transportation.
• Be eligible to work in Australia (sponsorship is not available at present)
• Have a positive attitude and contribute to our welcoming and inclusive culture.
• Demonstrate great attention to detail with consistent performance.
• Posses a refined palette and creative flair and enjoy experimenting with flavours and presentation, under the lead of our Culinary Operations Manager.
• Have experience in a fast paced food preparation environment (sandwich shop/bakery experience preferred) qualifications not essential but great attitude a must
• Be passionate about quality ingredients and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
• Be a great team player as you join an incredible team of skilled individuals.
• Be dependable, reliable and hands on with a strong work ethic.
• Have food safety knowledge and maintain high standards of cleanliness

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $34.00 – $45.45 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Caringbah South NSW 2229: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
