Role Description

We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to support a high-achieving, award-winning team. This hands-on role focuses on client engagement, lead generation, and out-of-office support (including open for inspections, final inspections, and more).

We're looking for someone who may have already taken their first steps in the real estate industry and is now ready to accelerate their career. A strong work ethic and the determination to succeed will be highly regarded.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills alongside some of the best in the business – but it requires commitment, energy, and ambition.

Qualifications

  • Professional presentation and grooming
  • A strong, proven work ethic
  • Confident communicator with a polished phone manner
  • Tech-savvy; experience with Box & Dice is a plus
  • Current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Real estate experience
  • Chinese language skills an advantage, though not essential
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check
