This is a Kalgoorlie Residential Role, we provide relocation assistance to interstate applicants who are willing to relocate to Kalgoorlie.

About the Role

As a Boilermaker supervisor, you will play a key role in supervising and mentoring the team, managing project planning and execution, ensuring quality and safety compliance, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders while overseeing daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership
  : Lead, mentor, and supervise boilermakers and apprentices to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time project delivery.
• Site & Project Supervision
  : Oversee fabrication, welding, and installation work to meet engineering specs, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight:
  Drive continuous improvement in quality assurance and resolve technical issues or non-conformances proactively.
• Client Liaison & Communication
  ; Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring expectations are met.
• Workplace Safety & Compliance
  : Promote and enforce a safety-first culture in compliance with WHS and company policies.
• Equipment, Resource & Inventory Management
  : Manage tools, equipment, and inventory to support efficient project execution and cost control.
• Administration & Reporting
  : Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and support for operational reviews and ongoing improvements.

About you

Required:

• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Trade Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication & Cert IV in Frontline Management
• Australian Driver's license C Class
• High Risk LF, EWP License
• Telehandler Licence
• Confined Space Ticket & Working at Heights Ticket
• Proven ability to manage projects in mining or heavy industrial settings
• Intermediate Level - Word, Excel, Outlook
