The Clinical Nurse Consultant provides expert clinical advice to consumers, carers and other health care professionals with complex healthcare needs within the Drug and Alcohol Service. The Clinical Nurse Consultant is a clinical expert who, through leadership, facilitates excellence in research based clinical practice, education, research and professional leadership. The Clinical Nurse Consultant models the CORE (Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment) values of the organisation.

  • Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Minimum of seven years full time experience post graduate with at least five years full time experience in the Drug and Alcohol field with approved post graduate qualifications in the Drug and Alcohol specialty
  • Valid NSW Drivers Licence
