About the Role
The Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for the management, administration and enhancement of critical security systems, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring that access to information and systems is secure, controlled, and aligned with policy. This role combines the provision of L2/L3 user and system support with broader security analysis, and stakeholder engagement to proactively manage and mitigate cyber security risks and strengthen the organisation's security posture.
The role is an Ongoing Full-time position.

Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cyber Security, including relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications and/or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the technical administration of enterprise security solutions, with a strong emphasis on Identity and Access Management (such as Microsoft Entra ID) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies.
- Proven technical knowledge across a range of IT domains, including Windows/Linux operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Security Information and Event Management systems such as Sentinel, networking principles (IP addressing, OSI model), authentication methods (MFA, certificates), and ITSM.
- Experience in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in a scripting language (such as PowerShell, Python).
- Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/third party campaigners.
- Satisfactory criminal record check result.
