About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and charismatic Retail Assistant to join our small and friendly team based in Batemans Bay. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our busy store during one of the most exciting times of the year. This is a fixed term full-time opportunity for 9 weeks until January 2026.

As a valued member of the Vinnies team, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, processing sales accurately, replenishing stock, maintaining tidy and well-presented merchandise displays. Receipting and sorting donations will also be a major part of the role.

Previous experience in customer service is required, along with passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a complex and rewarding retail environment.
