About the Role

You're a skilled welder who takes pride in clean, high-quality work. You're confident with TIG and MIG welding and comfortable working with stainless steel, aluminium, structural steel, and pipe. Whether you're in the workshop or out on-site, you're adaptable, hardworking, and driven to get the job done right.

You'll be fabricating a wide range of projects—from food-grade pipework to structural frames—and will get the chance to expand your skillset as you go. If you're the type who likes variety, challenge, and being part of a solid team, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welds

• Work with stainless steel (including food-grade sanitary welding), aluminium, and structural steel

• Fabricate, fit, and assemble parts from drawings—or without them if needed

• Ensure all work meets industry standards and job specifications

• Finish welds to a high standard, including passivating food-grade welds

• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, respectful workspace

What You'll Bring

• Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (required)

• High attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship

• Solid TIG welding experience (food-grade tubing is a bonus)

• Experience welding aluminium and structural steel

• Pipe welding experience in stainless and/or carbon steel

• The ability to read technical drawings—and work without them when needed

• A problem-solving mindset and willingness to think outside the box

• A current driver's license and your own transport

• Reliability, good communication, and a team-first attitude

• The ability to work safely under pressure and meet deadlines
