About the role

We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the Bendigo area to support a 44 year-old Male with a brain injury to live independently within his own home.

While your skills/qualifications and experience tell us part of your story, your values, attitude and cultural alignment with Southern Cross are essential.

Duties include but not limited too

  • Sociual support and Respite

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

What you need

  • Current references
  • Mobile phone
  • Current driver's license and your own car (mandatory)
  • NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
  • First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
  • Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
  • Paid Working with Childrens Check or willing to obtain.

Days/Hours

Shift times available are:

  • 3 days per week 11:00:00 -16:00 Social Support
