Warehouse Storeman

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Storeman & Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, and proven forklift experience (4-wheel and high-reach). You will play a key role in maintaining safety, efficiency, and organisation across our warehouse and yard, while supporting warehouse and production supervisors as required.

• Safely and efficiently load/unload shipping containers, semi-trailers, and trucks
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality against delivery dockets and purchase orders
• Pick and pack orders accurately in line with company procedures, preparing items for dispatch
• Organise and store goods in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation, accessibility, and adherence to storage guidelines

• Track inventory movements and transactions using MRP systems (MYOB, training provided)

• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with physical stocktakes

• Consolidate pallets and maintain warehouse organisation and tidiness
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and efficiency as a priority
• Safely operate high-reach forklifts for pallet racking
• Support Warehouse & Production Supervisors as required, which may include assisting in the factory, packing, or organising stock

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Proven experience in pallet handling, movement, storage, consolidation, stock counting, and high-rack placement
• Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
• Experience with inventory tracking/MRP systems highly regarded (training provided)
• Computer literacy highly regarded
• Valid forklift licence with high-reach experience
• Ability to lift up to 25kg, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks when required
• Must have full Australian working rights – sponsorship is not available for this role
• Ideally resides within 30 minutes of our Cromer manufacturing site

• Reports to: Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor
• Casual position to start with the option for the right candidate to become permanent. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 7:30am/8:00am start to 4:30pm finish)
• Pay rate will be based on experience
