As
Senior Research Manager
, you'll play a pivotal role supporting the Client Director in managing a major banking client relationship. You'll help lead the delivery of high-impact research programs, including large-scale tracking and custom CX/NPS studies, ensuring insights are robust, relevant, and commercially valuable.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role, with the chance to influence client strategy, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the ongoing development of research products and services.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in market research or insights (agency or client-side)
  • Strong understanding of the banking and financial services sector
  • Proven experience in CX, NPS, and tracking studies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage projects and support client relationships
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to grow into a senior leadership role
