Key Qualifications, Attributes, and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated leadership and previous experience.
  • Ability to solve problems and seek guidance where necessary.
  • Clear communication skills with a high level of organisation.
  • Uncompromising approach to product & service delivery – a great hands-on service ethic.
  • Exceptional capabilities in quality and consistency of product delivery.
  • Experience in operating multiple obligations for several service points.
  • Supporting Head Chef with day-to-day operations of the Kitchen and assist in their colleagues absence(s).
  • Capable of working cohesively and autonomously within a team.
  • Required: Availability to suit rotating shift work rosters, that can span weekdays, weekends and public holidays
