We're looking for an enthusiastic and committed Speech Pathologist to join our Broome or Kununurra teams — someone who shares our values of respect, inclusion, and empowerment. Here, your work goes beyond therapy; you'll help participants, families, and communities build strengths, independence, and connection.

The Kimberley – trade routine for something remarkable One of the most breathtaking regions in the world. Cool off in quiet ocean waters, watch the sun set over wide-open beaches, and discover rivers, rock formations and country that make the Kimberley one of the most unique regions in the world. From camping and fishing trips to endless adventure, you'll never run out of places to explore.

Work alongside a passionate, transdisciplinary team of therapists throughout the Kimberley. While we have well-equipped facilities, most of our therapy happens in participants' homes or remote communities. You'll have access to professional 4WD training to confidently navigate dirt roads and river crossings and chartered flights to reach some of the most pristine and remote communities in Australia. You'll have the chance to work with children and adults from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, supporting a wide range of disabilities and helping people engage more fully with their communities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Speech Pathology

Current SPA membership (full registration)

Therapists at all skill levels are encouraged to apply

Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills (especially for working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people)

Willingness to learn, grow, and be flexible

Strong oral and written communication skills

Current Australian Driver's Licence

Willing to obtain NDIS Worker's Clearance

Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)

Current First Aid Certificate including CPR
