Expression of Interest: Reddy Express – Site Manager & Assistant Manager

About the Role
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
About You & Your Skills
- Leadership experience in a retail/hospitality capacity is preferred but not necessary for all roles
- A passion to drive your own career, and others around you, forward
- Well-developed and professional communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to others
- Ability to adapt to change
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong sense of teamwork
