Role
As a valued member of our team, you will report directly to the Production Manager. Your primary responsibilities will involve full-time operation, programming, and setup of CNC Mill or Lathe machines equipped with Fanuc controllers. This is a hands-on role that requires seamless collaboration within a close-knit team, maintaining an exceptionally high standard of workmanship.
Qualifications and Skills
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Extensive experience in CNC manufacturing, encompassing programming and operational expertise.
- A strong technical aptitude.
- Preference for candidates with a Machinist trade qualification, though unqualified applicants will also be considered.
- Competency in using precision measuring equipment such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
- The ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Display good mathematics skills.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
- A current forklift license, if applicable (considered a valuable asset).

Our work schedule comprises a standard 38-hour workweek, with overtime opportunities contingent upon factory workloads. Our regular work hours are as follows: Monday to Thursday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and Fridays from 5:00 am to 11:00 am.
