We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Advisor who's ready to hit the ground running in a vibrant and purpose led workplace. This full-time contract role offers the opportunity to make a real impact and if the fit is right, can lead to something more permanent.

Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support organisational goals.
  • Manage campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
  • Oversee content creation for digital and print platforms, including newsletters and social media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with organisational priorities.
  • Analyse campaign performance and generate reports to inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate events and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness.
  • Maintain the organisation's website, ensuring up-to-date and engaging content.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt marketing approaches as needed.

Profile

  • Immediately available or can start on short notice
  • Have experience in a senior marketing or communications role
  • Confident across content, campaigns, and creative direction
  • Experience with digital tools like CMS, EDMs, and social media platforms
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Loves working with people and bring a positive, team-first attitude
  • Can juggle multiple priorities and still deliver high-quality work
  • Eligible for a valid Blue Card (required for on site work)
  • Full AU working rights to be considered for the perm role ( working holiday visa's are suitable for the temp contract )
