Who are we?

Precision Aviation Services is a dedicated Ground Handler to our partnering airlines, focusing on regional operations. We employee over 200+ staff within Regional Australia, reaching as far north as Hamilton Island, all the way down to Kangaroo Island.

Job Summary:

Applications are now open for the role of Airport Services Manager based at Dubbo Airport, NSW. This is a permanent part time position, with weekends and public holidays included. This position will report directly to the Head of Airports and consist of (but not limited to) the operational oversight of check-in and ramp operations for QantasLink, Regional Express, Link Airways and Qantas Freight operations.

Whilst managing a small but committed team of approx. 15 staff, you are the main contact for our partnering airlines to ensure their daily operations are run smoothly with a key focus on safety.

Your Profile and experience:

  • Minimum 2-years experience in managing / leading aviation lead teams.
  • Technically confident in Microsoft apps, deputy rostering
  • Key knowledge in ground handling functions, customer experience and SOP's.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to display leadership in challenging situations, time management whilst under pressure and displaying initiative
  • History in customer service and ramp operations
  • Continually drive our 'Safety First, Family Feel' culture

The role is based at Dubbo Airport, NSW. Applicants must be living in Dubbo or willing to re-locate for the role.
