About the Role:
As a 5 Axis CNC Operator, you will be a key part of our project delivery team, based at our Virginia facility. You will be responsible for the operation and programming of advanced 5 Axis CNC machinery, with a focus on Biesse B Solid programming. Your role will ensure the precise manufacture and assembly of custom cabinetry and joinery items that meet Eurofurn's high standards.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Operating and programming 5 Axis CNC machines, with a strong focus on Biesse B Solid software.
- Interpreting and working from a range of architectural and technical drawings.
- Collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
- Ensuring that all project materials and tools are ready for each phase of production.
- Using traditional and advanced equipment to create finely crafted, custom joinery pieces.
- Managing time effectively to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
What You Will Bring:
- Trade qualifications in Cabinetmaking, Joinery, Shopfitting, or Furniture Making.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a CNC operator or in a similar role.
- Experience with Biesse B Solid programming is a must.
- A proven track record in delivering projects on time and to the highest quality.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A current driver's licence and OH&S White Card.
- First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
- A strong commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
