HYPOXI Studio Lead – Fernwood Fitness Carindale

Part-time | 25-30 hours per week | Opportunity to grow into Studio Manager

Are you passionate about health, fitness and helping women look and feel their best? Fernwood Fitness Carindale is seeking an energetic and motivated HYPOXI Studio Lead to join our vibrant team.

As the HYPOXI Studio Lead, you'll play a key role in guiding clients through our results-driven HYPOXI method, leading our coaching team, and driving the success of our beautiful HYPOXI Studio located inside Fernwood Carindale.

Full HYPOXI training and certification will be provided – no prior HYPOXI experience required.

About the Role

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the HYPOXI Studio, deliver outstanding client experiences, and lead a small team of HYPOXI Coaches. This position offers genuine opportunity for growth into the Studio Manager role as the studio continues to expand.

Hours of operation:

Variety of shifts available within studio hours of Monday to Friday: 5.30am – 12.00pm and 3.00pm – 8.00pm

Saturday mornings required (rotating roster)

Approximately hours per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of HYPOXI Coaches.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients through consultations, training sessions and ongoing support.
  • Drive studio performance through sales, retention and community engagement.
  • Identify marketing and social media opportunities to attract and retain clients.
  • Ensure high standards of studio presentation and operational excellence.
About You

You'll be a motivated, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Proven sales ability, including working to KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to identify and execute marketing opportunities.
  • Enthusiastic, professional and passionate about women's wellness.

Highly regarded but not essential:

  • Experience in fitness, nutrition or coaching.
  • Experience in beauty industry.
