About the role

Our single goal is to provide a service that improves the health of rural people and helps communities thrive, and in this role, you'll grow long-term relationships with patients in the communities helping them access care to so they can manage their health within their own community.

In this role, you will join a collaborative, close-knit team that priorities team work to achieve the best health outcomes for patients diagnosed with Colorectal Cancer. You will be support by Bathurst Oncology Services and the McGrath Foundation, where your work and dedications will be seen and appreciated.

This service operates out of the Daffodil Cottage and is a Monday to Friday service.
