About the Role

This is an entry-level, hybrid role ideal for a recent graduate who wants to develop strong technical and client-facing skills.

You'll begin by supporting client onboarding, workflow setup, and training — then progress into analysing, documenting, and delivering technical solutions including API-based integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Client Onboarding & Customer Success (First 6–9 months)

  • Deliver training sessions to new and existing clients (remote and on-site)
  • Assist customers with initial setup and configuration of SigniFlow workflows
  • Respond to onboarding questions and escalate technical issues where needed
  • Maintain onboarding checklists, training materials, and documentation
  • Monitor usage and identify adoption risks or upsell opportunities

Phase 2: Technical Analysis & Solution Delivery

  • Participate in post-sale client scoping sessions
  • Assist in analysing and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Produce workflow diagrams, BRS/FRS documents, and API specifications
  • Work with developers to clarify and validate requirements
  • Support UAT, implementation, and go-live activities
  • Maintain version-controlled project documentation
Who You Are

Minimum Requirements

  • Recent graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business IT, or similar
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Curious about how systems integrate and how software solves business problems
  • Confident in presenting, training, and writing client-facing documents
  • Technically capable and eager to learn APIs, system logic, and solution design
  • Eligible to work full-time in Australia (Melbourne-based only)

Desirable (Bonus)

Internship or project experience in SaaS, workflow automation, or document systems

  • Exposure to tools like Jira, Postman, Figma, Notion, CRM or support systems
  • Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
  • Familiarity with platforms like SigniFlow, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, etc.

International Training & Onboarding Program
(Johannesburg, South Africa HQ)

The successful candidate will be required to spend 3–4 weeks in Johannesburg, South Africa at SigniFlow's Global Headquarters, where they will undergo structured training and attend strategy and solution-design sessions with senior members of the solutions and leadership teams. This immersive visit is designed to fast-track product knowledge, deepen understanding of our global best practices, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. All travel, accommodation and related expenses will be fully covered by SigniFlow.
