Boutique Dining & Catering is a casual waterfront restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and tapas, with the introduction of our new bar opening in the next coming weeks.

We are seekingan experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the day to day operations. We are also looking for passionate and professional Front of House Staff – Bartenders, Barista & Section Wait Staff to join our service team as we expand.

Restaurant Manager

This role is suited to a confident hospitality professional who leads from the floor, understands premium service, and thrives in a fast paced but refined environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations and service standards
  • Leading and mentoring front of house staff to deliver consistent, high quality service
  • Managing staff rosters
  • Continual training and performance
  • Ensuring exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure
  • Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
  • Working closely with ownership and kitchen leadership to align service with the venue vision
  • Monitoring labour costs, stock control and operational efficiencies

The ideal candidate for this fulltime role, will have proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a premium hospitality setting and the following traits:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High attention to detail in line with our service standards
  • Well presented
  • Good knowledge of food, wine and beverages
  • Full availability

Front of House Staff

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy guest interaction, take pride in presentation, and want to work in a quality driven hospitality environment.

What We Are Looking For

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong a la carte experience in a fast paced environment
  • Well-presented, professional, and approachable
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide exceptional customer service
