Who You Are
  • Experienced in complex government procurement and program management
  • Confident with CPRs, PGPA Act, SAP, and departmental financial tools
  • Adept at collaborating across policy, legal, finance, and scientific stakeholders
  • Self-directed but team-oriented, with resilience and problem-solving grit
  • Able to distil complexity into actionable reports, letters, and briefs
Key Duties
  • Manage end-to-end procurement and contract lifecycle for the national AMR surveillance program (AURA)
  • Draft contracts, variations, MoUs, and related documentation (including financial and legal inputs)
  • Serve as primary liaison for program partners and external contractors
  • Ensure contract deliverables are met, reported, and compliant with all frameworks
  • Support budget planning, internal reporting, and AURA-related policy documentation
  • Provide expert guidance on procurement strategy, tools (e.g., SAP, Concur), and compliance
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across government and health sectors
