Following the success of our two stores in The Galeries and World Square, VENCHI is now expanding to Chatswood Chase, scheduled to open on 23rd October 2025, where passionate individuals can join our team and bring the rich flavours of Italy to Australia.

We are now seeking a passionate Gelato maker for our Chatswood Chase store . This is your opportunity to grow with a globally loved brand and be part of something truly special.

Job Description:

  • To work in the gelato laboratory in Sydney (i.e. Making traditional authentic Gelato) and responsible of Gelato production
  • To prepare of ordering, purchasing, preparation of ingredient and stock inventory of Gelato ingredients
  • General cleaning and handling duties involved in working in food safety, hygiene and high-quality food production environment
  • To operate equipment and machinery used in the chocolate making process
  • To assist in events preparation, setup and chocolate serving
  • Be ambassador to serve and greet customer when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Work experience in kitchen or service industry
  • Experience in making and serving Gelato is a plus
  • Mature, responsible, organized and able to work independently
  • Basic computers knowledge- words, excel and outlook

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 – $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
