Team Manager PM Shift – Truganina, VIC

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our Truganina facility managing the PM shift. The Team Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of warehouse operations to meet service objectives. This includes ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established operational procedures, while maintaining full compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.

The shift hours for the PM Team Manager is Monday – Friday 2PM-10:30PM and includes a shift allowance.

As the Team Manager, you will be:

• Providing clear direction and support to team members through coaching and collaboration to achieve performance targets.

• Communicating effectively across various platforms to convey information and ideas to a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Enhancing employee experience by offering timely, constructive feedback and fostering skill development.

• Promoting a transparent culture focused on accountability and performance tracking.

• Maintaining high personal performance standards under pressure, while consistently demonstrating professional and respectful behaviour aligned with organizational values.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3 -5 Years in Logistics and Warehouse Management.

• Demonstrated previous experience in managing a warehouse function.

• Proven experience in successfully managing employee base in a complex industrial industry.

• Forklift license highly desirable

• Proven experience in managing HSE requirements.

• Intermediate MS Office skills and other office-based technologies
