About the Role
We're on the lookout for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary or Paralegal who's confident managing matters from start to finish. You'll be using PEXA and LEAP daily, so solid experience with both is a must.
You'll handle a mix of residential, rural and commercial conveyancing, working closely with clients, agents and banks to make sure every transaction runs smoothly from instruction through to settlement.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years' experience in conveyancing
- Confidence using PEXA and LEAP
- Great communication and client service skills
- Strong attention to detail and a love of keeping things organised
- A team player who enjoys being part of a supportive, positive workplace
