The Role

This is a boots-on-deck role. You'll lead crews from the front, own the drawings pack, and make sure every pour, every cycle, and every shift is on point. The result? Structures delivered on time, to spec, without excuses.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running daily site activities and keeping crews firing
• Leading pre-starts, toolbox talks, and site inductions
• Reading and owning the drawings pack to guide daily work
• Tracking progress and reporting through Construction Management Software (site diaries, delays, ITPs)
• Ordering gear, planning resources, and staying ahead of the program
• Coordinating with subcontractors and engineers so nothing slips

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in high-rise formwork or structural
• Trade background in carpentry or construction
• Strong crew leadership — you've earned respect by working alongside your team
• White Card, driver's licence, and relevant tickets
• Knows PERI, DOKA, and system formwork inside out
