About the role:

The Senior ICT Assets Coordinator is responsible for effectively coordinating the delivery of ICT hardware assets across all Department Sites and Services to meet ICT service delivery objectives. The position contributes to ICT Service Delivery configuration management continuous improvement initiative outcomes, maintains the integrity, accuracy and effective management of the Departmental asset records and information and delivers high quality ICT asset reporting to enable the Department to make informed financial decisions contributing to the overall ICT digital strategy.

Qualifications:

Essential: Nil.

Desirable: Service Now Fundamentals, ITIL Foundations.

Special conditions:

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration:

ASO5 $85,790 - $95,413 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading/
