We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Designer to join our team.

The Australian Retailers Association and the National Retail Association are in the process of amalgamating to form the Australian Retail Council (ARC). This role will play a key part in bringing the ARC brand to life across digital and print platforms, member communications, events and advocacy campaigns.

About the Role – Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging assets for digital, print and social channels.
  • Create branded collateral for events, presentations and publications.
  • Support the marketing team with design concepts that align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.

About You – Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Eye for detail and ability to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful visuals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Videography and photography skills highly regarded
