Chatswood, Epping, Hurstville

Parramatta
campuses.

This role is ideal for anyone who is a subject matter expert who can explain things clearly and is passionate about their area of expertise Our team is a diverse group of
high school Teachers
,
corporate professionals, educational outreach staff, university teaching staff
and
post graduate university students.

Classes commence at 4:30pm on weekdays or from 9:00am on weekends at our fabulous campuses, all within 3 minutes walk from major railway (or Metro) stations

You will have the opportunity to work with a fun and talented team in a great work environment. Minimal lesson preparation is required as lessons and resources are provided for you.

What you'll do...

  • Teaching regular weekly classes throughout the academic term (all lesson materials and resources are prepared for you).
  • Ongoing monitoring of student's academic progress through marking of short weekly quizzes.
  • Flagging of struggling students to academic team leaders for additional academic mentoring.

What you'll need...

  • A genuine passion for teaching.
  • Previous experience teaching secondary Maths in a classroom setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of the current NESA curriculum in stage 4, 5, and 6 Maths.
  • Completed their degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Postgraduate studies in the above listed disciplines will be highly regarded.
