**Join Our Team at Kooco Espresso Nerang**

Kooco Espresso Nerang is a standard community coffee shop located near the Nerang District Government office. We are currently seeking qualified chefs to join our dynamic team. Applicants must be passionate and capable of working in a busy team environment.

**We are looking for team members who are passionate about the industry and food.**

**Experience:**

• Chef: 2 years (preferred)

**Work Eligibility:**

• Permanent work rights with no restrictions on hours (e.g., citizen, permanent resident) (preferred)

**Job Responsibilities:**

• Prepare, season, and cook food according to instructions, accommodating dietary requirements when necessary

• Follow recipes and presentation standards

• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

• Clean and organize the kitchen and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations

• Store food in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities

• Manage kitchen food inventory accurately, check daily usage, and place orders as needed

**Working Hours:**

• 30-40 hours per week

**Schedule:**

• Monday to Friday, morning shifts

• Full-time, temporary position

• Weekends and public holidays off

**Salary:**

• Starting at $55,000 per year
