What you'll be doing:

  • You will participate in the network design, build, and implementation of new Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including on-premise to cloud migrations.
  • You will design and configure cloud components such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
  • You will act as a mid-level escalation point for the Service Desk team and provide support & troubleshooting to the Solution Architects.
  • No day is the same; mix of BAU and a strong pipeline of Projects

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of commercial IT experience, with at least 3 years in a Systems Engineer role.
  • Essential hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune, with strong knowledge of the 365 stack (Entra ID, Conditional Access, SharePoint Online).
  • Experience implementing and troubleshooting hybrid on-premise and cloud solutions.
  • A solid foundation on the network fundamentals for design, build, troubleshooting & implementation of switching, Firewalls, Security, Wireless.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a generalist who can context switch and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous administrative diligence.
