Industrial Sewing cutter/ Machinist

We are an innovative and progressive national company based at Lawnton on the north side of Brisbane. Our core business is the manufacturing and supply of products to the industrial laundries and the health care sector nationally. We are looking for an Experienced fabric cutter with a minimum of 1 years experience, to join our team.

Job description

Being able to read a sewing pattern and cut and layout fabrics for sewing . You should be familiar with industrial fabric cutters.

Being able to use a walking foot machine & overlocker is an advantage.

· You must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.

· Ensure a high standard of work output with excellent attention to detail.

· Flexibility and punctuality are a necessity.

To be successful within this position you must possess the following:

· Willing to follow directions and assist the team to meet production targets

· Attention to detail and pride in your own work and your contribution to the team.

· Being professional and having regard for workplace health & safety, at all times.

· The ability to understand and follow written instructions.
