HenderCare is seeking a Home and Garden Maintenance worker to join our team to support our Aged Care & Disability clients in the community with their homes throughout Geelong,with the ideal candidate comfortable driving to and from around Geelong, Grovedale, Lara, Armstrong Creek, and the Surrounding Suburbs.
- Work your shifts via AlayaCare App
- Shifts generally 8am-5pm Monday to Friday (no weekends)
- Weekly Pay (every Friday)

As a casual Home and Garden Maintenance Worker, you will assist service recipients in keeping their homes safe and habitable by minimising environmental health and safety hazards.
Services include gutter cleaning, window cleaning, fan cleaning, replacing light bulbs, installing batteries, replacing fixed shower heads with handheld systems, installing key safes, installing grab rails in toilet and shower recesses, minor home maintenance, pruning, lawn mowing, and weeding.
About You
You must:
- Have a reliable smartphone compatible with AlayaCare App for roster access (iOS 15+ or Android 9+)
- Be comfortable driving around areas and nearby areas in the description above
- Own gardening and maintenance equipment and vehicle
- Have access to a UTE/Trailer to transport the equipment and tools
- Have a current National Police Check
- Have a current Working With Children Check (Employee Type)
- Have an unrestricted Australian Driver's License
- Have a passion and understanding for providing support to the elderly and people with a disability
