Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. If you have a love for creating delicious European dishes, including Spanish tapas, we want to hear from you

We are offering 20hrs over 3 evenings. We could make the role full time with day shifts added in our pizza section or breakfast section. We would like you to start asap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu and standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service.
  • Assist in the development of new menu items, particularly focusing on European cuisine and tapas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Support kitchen operations and help run plates during busy shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef in a restaurant environment.
  • Specialist knowledge of European cuisine with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Experience with Spanish tapas and cuisine is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Passion for food and creativity in presenting dishes.
