Looking for an IT all-rounder to join a growing Sydney based MSP on a 3-6 month Contract with potential to go full time.

Previous experience working with a Managed Service Provider is essential.

The Role will be a mixture of remote and onsite L1-L3 ad/hoc work as well as projects migrating customers to the latest Microsoft365 technologies and Azure.

The successful applicant will also be require to have at least 4+ years experience in the following:

  • Extensive demonstrated experience in M365 administration (Exchange, Azure/AAD, MS Endpoint Manager, Security & Intune)
  • MSP background
  • Sophos firewalls and endpoint protection
  • Sound Knowledge of Routing/Switching/DNS/VLANS
  • Proofpoint, Windows Defender for O365
  • Datto/StorageCraft/Veeam backup
  • Powershell Scripting
  • Basic knowledge of Web development
  • VoIP technologies (RingCentral preferably)
  • Windows server technologies
  • Active Director/Azure AD experience
  • Helpdesk and desktop support background
  • Mac OS
  • Sophos firewalls, VPN and endpoint protection
  • Prior experience in setting up managed wifi technologies
  • Device Management using Intune
  • Sharepoint Online/OneDrive
  • Proficient with Microsoft Intune/device management

Good knowledge of Azure/AWS environment and experience in migration of infrastructure components to cloud
