Accessory Fitter

Our client is a well known automotive brand, operating across the globe to provide fleet services. OCG Talent is searching on behalf of our client for their next key hire, a skilled Accessory Fitter to join our client's fleet operations team and help prepare vehicles for fleet services. 

This is a great opportunity to work in a clean, well-equipped workshop with a reputable company that services a diverse range of vehicles — from utes and SUVs to fully kitted-out 4WDs for a diverse customer base.

What You'll Do:

• Fit accessories such as bull bars, tow bars, roof racks, UHF radios, canopies, lighting kits, and more
• Modify and prep vehicles for specific customer and industry requirements (e.g., mining, touring, corporate)
• Conduct safety and quality checks before and after installation
• Work closely with workshop staff and fleet coordinators to meet deadlines
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

What You'll Bring:  

• Previous experience in accessory fitting, mechanical, or auto electrical work
• A good understanding of vehicle systems and aftermarket products
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current driver's licence (HR preferred)

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working with rental, commercial, or 4WD vehicles
• Auto electrical knowledge or trade qualification
