About the Role

As a PCA, you'll play a vital role in delivering person-centred care that respects and supports the dignity, independence, and unique needs of older people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality, person-centred care that enhances the well-being of older persons.
  • Support older persons with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with older persons, their families, and the team.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive care environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent).
  • A strong commitment to the welfare and dignity of older persons.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • German language skills are beneficial but not essential.

Shift Requirements:

  • Permanent part-time role with a minimum of 6-8 shifts per fortnight.
  • Predominantly AM shifts.
