About the role

As the residential Business Development Team Leader you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and overall success of the department. This is a full-time position that will see you leading and inspiring a talented team of BDMs, identify and secure new business opportunities, while also managing existing client relationships.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market share
  • Overseeing a team of BDMs and assistants, providing coaching, mentoring and support to drive performance
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry stakeholders,
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
  • Preparing and delivering high-quality proposals and presentations to prospective clients
  • Monitoring team and individual KPIs to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our business objectives
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance our service offering and deliver exceptional customer experiences

What we're looking for

  • Experience a BDM position or a similar business development or team leadership role
  • A valid WA Real Estate Registration
  • Proven track record of success in securing new clients and growing a property management portfolio
  • Strong understanding of the local Perth real estate market and the key drivers within the industry
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team
