Roleystone Club is a small, rustic venue with a warm, community vibe – a local favourite where familiar faces and great service go hand in hand. We're open 7 days a week, and we're looking for a legend to join our close-knit team.
Who we're looking for:
We want someone more than just experienced – we're after a genuine people person. Someone who thrives in a community setting, builds rapport with regulars, and brings great energy to every shift.
The essentials:
- Previous bar/hospitality experience
- Minimum 6-12 months of bar/hospitality experience required
- Physically fit (you'll be moving kegs and on your feet)
- Confident with draught beer & keg handling
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Available to work nights and weekends
- Australian work rights are required for this position
Highly regarded:
- POS system experience
- Cocktail knowledge
- Approved Manager's Card (a bonus, not essential)
- Friendly, fun, and professional attitude
- High standard of personal presentation
Hours:
15–30 hours per week for the right candidate.
