Help Shape Futures at C&K Logan Village Community Kindergarten

As our highly valued Director/Teacher at C&K Logan Village Community Kindergarten, you'll lead a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment for children, their families and our wider community. Through your ideas, passion and experiences, you will be integral to shaping a culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive. At C&K Logan Village, we're proud to offer a warm, community-focused kindergarten with two kindy groups, each providing the same high-quality education and learning hours across the year. Each group has a maximum of 22 children, led by an experienced and qualified Early Childhood Teacher who values play-based learning, connection, and curiosity.

We operate during QLD school terms, giving you valuable time to recharge during school holidays, public holidays, and pupil-free days.

Position Details:

Work Days: Thursday & Friday (7:15am – 3:45pm)

Non-contact Time: Every second Wednesday (8:00am – 11:30am)

Location: A small, welcoming kindergarten on the Logan Village State School grounds, near the oval on Storey Road

Position Type: Permanent Part-Time

What you'll bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• An ACECQA approved Bachelor's Degree of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Approved Child Protection Training or the willingness to obtain.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Current Police Check
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
