Crepe Cook / Barista – Growth Opportunity in a French Creperie

We're a growing French creperie passionate about great food, coffee, and genuine hospitality — and we're looking for the right person to join our team long-term.

About the role:

We're seeking a hands-on chef or cook who wants more than "just a job" in hospitality. This is a role with real growth potential — starting casual, with training provided, and the opportunity to progress to a full-time role and, for the right person, a management position overseeing daily operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking orders and assisting customers
  • Preparing and cooking French-style crepes and galettes (training provided)
  • Preparing coffee orders
  • Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
  • Assisting with ordering, prep, and stock rotation
  • Contributing to smooth day-to-day operations and great customer experiences
  • Occasionally working in our mobile food caravan during events (taking orders + preparing crepes and galettes)

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has kitchen or chef experience (café, bistro, or food truck background ideal)
  • Is passionate about food and hospitality as a career — not just a short-term job
  • Has good customer service skills
  • Is reliable, clean, and organized
  • Enjoys working in a small team and takes initiative
  • Is open to learning and growing with us
  • Speaks very good English, French-speaking is a big plus
  • Having a car is a plus for event-days
