Our client is a family-owned timber supplier and workshop-based business located in Welshpool. Known for their quality products and friendly, supportive culture, they take pride in providing a positive working environment where every team member is valued. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a motivated and reliable pick-packer / Yard Hand to join their close-knit team. 

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, full-time employment within the timber pr warehouse industry, where you'll be supported by a hands-on management team and work with quality with quality materials every day. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack timber products accurately and efficiently according to orders.
  • Operate forklifts safely and assist with general yard and warehouse organisations.
  • Load and unload timber materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain stock levels and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist with general workshop duties and support the production team as required.
  • Ensure the yard and warehouse remain clean, tidy, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with a small team to meet production and dispatch scheduled.

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, yard, or timber environment.
  • Current Forklift License (LF).
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to handle timber products safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Reliable, punctual, and protective approach to daily tasks.
  • Current Australian Driver's License and reliable transport to Welshpool, WA.
