Skills & Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent (or actively studying towards)
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Have a Working with Children's Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates including Anaphylaxis and Asthma
  • Completed Child Protection Course or willing to obtain
  • A passion to develop our little learners and a genuine love for working with children
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) &National Quality Standard (NQF)
  • Flexibility and Adaptability
  • Understanding of cultural diversity
  • The ability to support and work collaboratively with your diverse team
