We're seeking an experienced Project Supervisor with a construction, facility management background to join our client's Edinburgh team.

PROJECT SUPERVISOR

    : $100K + superannuation + vehicle + laptop + phone (or phone allowance)

The Role:

  • Quote and supervise multiple projects simultaneously (up to 100K value), and drive service delivery to consistently meet contract KPI's and client expectations.
  • Manage all phases of project delivery including scoping and pricing, advising and guiding clients on scope, allocation of works and schedules.
  • Monitor onsite safety and compliance, and ensure high quality completion, and handover to client.
  • Post completion management of any defects of work.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the construction/project/facilities sector
  • Trade qualifications and Certificate IV in Project Management or similar (highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and contractors, steering efficient completion of works
  • Commercially astute with an ability to review commercial contracts and price jobs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong service focus with a talent for managing stakeholder relationships
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • National Police Clearance (within 6 months validity)
  • Construction White/Blue Card
  • Full Australian Working Rights
