We're seeking a
Plumbing Inspector
to help keep our community safe, sustainable, and compliant while enjoying the lifestyle that makes Noosa one of Australia's most enviable places to live and work.

In this vital role, you'll use your plumbing expertise to:

Assess development applications and provide trusted technical advice.

Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with plumbing and drainage legislation.

Support local development while protecting the health, safety, and environment of our community.

You'll be part of a progressive, supportive team in Council's Building and Plumbing Branch, where collaboration, professional growth, and community impact are at the heart of what we do.


About You

You're a qualified and licensed Queensland Plumber and Drainer (with solar and heat pump endorsements) who's ready to take your trade skills to the next level. You're confident interpreting legislation, liaising with contractors and developers, and ensuring standards are upheld with integrity and professionalism.
