At Savvy Dentist, we help dentists go from feeling like the most expensive employee in their practice to becoming a confident business owner with time, financial and lifestyle freedom.

We're looking for an exceptional coach to support our Practice Max clients across Australia, New Zealand and beyond. If you've helped business owners grow, or built your own business before, and you're passionate about personal and professional transformation, this role could be for you.


About Savvy Dentist

Savvy Dentist is a boutique coaching company founded by a dentist, for dentists. We're known for blending modern business strategies with timeless principles to help dental practice owners increase profitability, scale with confidence, and enjoy greater freedom.

We don't coach for coaching's sake. Our programs are built to deliver clear, measurable results in revenue, team performance, marketing, and lifestyle.

Our vision has never been to be the biggest, but to be the best. Our clients join us for tools, stay for the transformation, and refer their colleagues because we care deeply and deliver consistently.


About the Role

As a Practice Max Coach, you'll work 1:1 with dental practice owners to help them:

  • Create and implement a strategic business plan
  • Increase revenue using our cashflow, marketing and case acceptance frameworks
  • Build a high-performance team and recruitment pipeline
  • Improve operational efficiency, systems and delegation
  • Work fewer clinical hours (if they choose) without sacrificing profit

You'll support clients through monthly coaching calls, contribute to online training sessions and attend live Intensives (virtually and in-person).

We'll train you in our coaching frameworks and methodology what matters most is your real-world business or coaching experience and your ability to get tangible results with clients.

This is a part-time hybrid role. You must be available during AEST/NZ business hours, with some flexibility for before/after-hours calls.


About You

You're not just a coach. You're a guide, a mirror, and a results partner.

  • You've coached or mentored business owners and helped them grow
  • You've either run your own business or worked closely with one
  • You understand the unique pressures of service-based professionals
  • You're naturally curious, great with people, and hold clients accountable
  • You lead with care, courage and commercial thinking
  • You do what you say you'll do on time and to a high standard
  • You thrive in remote work environments and love contributing to a team

Bonus: If you've worked in the dental or health sector, or have experience with high-touch service businesses, that's a plus.
