About the opportunity:

Lead the Sales & Marketing function at South Yarra BMW, driving commercial outcomes, enhancing customer experiences, and promoting the BMW brand across various platforms. This role requires a results-driven leader with a strategic mindset and a genuine passion for automotive excellence.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and expense tracking
• Process-driven and proactive with high levels of initiative
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, setting sales targets.
• Develop strategies to promote BMW to increase company and product awareness to achieve sales targets and profit margins
• Ability to motivate teams and has a high level of self-motivation, drive, and resilience
• Excellent sales technique, including strong negotiation skills
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strategies build brand awareness, build rapport and establish trust with both internal and external stakeholders
• Honest, confidential, and trustworthy
• Proficient with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
