About the role

Family-owned service seeking a passionate and experienced Center Manager to lead and grow our new purpose-built 80 place service located in Esperance.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of the centre's daily operations, including staff management, program planning, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Integrate a new team of educators and build a happy safe environment for our children, some of whom have never attended Childcare before
  • Oversee the development and implementation of engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the children
  • Ensure the centre maintains a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff
  • Effectively communicate with parents, staff, and community stakeholders to build strong relationships and address any concerns
  • Assisting with new site set up in our new facilties,including but not limited to room set ups, ensuring policies and procedures are in place
  • Manage staffing, including recruitment, training, and professional development
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure the centre's compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar childcare or early education management role
  • Relevant  qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
  • Thorough understanding of childcare regulations, policies, and best practices
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Passionate about providing high-quality early childhood education and care
