The Dietitian - Grade 2 will be a valued member of the Acute Dietetics Team to undertake patient assessment and management within the acute (admitted) wards. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity. Consideration will be given to new graduate employees, though an experienced clinician is preferred.  Remuneration will be based on clinical experience. 

  • Bachelor of Health Science, Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent and eligibility for membership of Dietitians Australia and the Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) program.
  • Well developed clinical nutrition and supervisory skills and experience as appropriate for a Grade 2 Dietitian.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Established time management, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Understanding of and commitment to Quality Improvement.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Understanding and implementation of interprofessional learning and practice.

Employment Type: This is a full time, fixed term to 13 March 2026 opportunity.
