Higgins Coatings is Australia's premier commercial painting contractor, providing complete painting maintenance service and solutions to a broad range of industries. Due to growth we are seeking an experienced Foreperson Painter to join our Sunshine Coast team.

The Role
This is a full time permanent role. You will be on the tools and required to:

• Work closely with the Project Manager to develop a clear understanding of each project and deliver projects on-time, within scope, within budget, safely.
• Coordinate employees and equipment/materials
• Supervise employees and apprentices
• Ensure work is completed safely – eg. conduct toolbox talks, update risk assessment and ensure correct PPE is worn

What You Need To Succeed

• Trade qualified painter with Commercial painting experience
• EWP licenses are desirable
• Experience in managing small painting teams
• A strong focus on safety, including using online safety systems

• $37 per hour, plus supervisor allowance, a daily travel allowance, plus super, paid weekly.
